There’s a simple solution here: James Bond in Hell. He has sex with the Devil’s wife, kills the Devil by kicking him out of a helicopter, etc.

I don’t know how we’ve gotten to the point where men in full balaclavas can abduct daycare teachers while they’re watching children.
But I do know that this isn’t sustainable. Abolish ICE. There is no way to reform this.

indie cartoonists should celebrate Mayer more. Not only was he a great cartoonist, but editorial stint as DCs humor editor is, for my money, the best run of humor comics ever done (excepting john stanely who cant be topped).
Inspired by @comicsinthega.bsky.social posting about Sugar and Spike yesterday, I got this digest out for a reread. Sheldon Mayer was a genius cartoonist, writer, & editor. Best Of DC 68 (Jan 1986).
