Het minderheidskabinet Jetten mist zulke gedoogpartners, zowel voor de begroting als voor langetermijndossiers en zal over *alles* afhankelijk zijn van oppositiepartijen.

Dat is dus een veel precairdere positie dan de Deense kabinetten. Maar bovendien een die Nederland al sinds 2010 kent.

Deense minderheidskabinetten betekenen met name dat op bepaalde thema's (zoals de EU) het kabinet met de mainstreampartijen van het andere blok langetermijnafspraken maakt zonder steun van de radicale partijen in het eigen blok

Een links minderheidskabinetten door radicaal linkse partijen die geen ministers leveren, maar wel zich (voor de verkiezingen) committeren om het kabinet te steunen; een rechts minderheidskabinet door radicaal rechts. Dit betekent dat ze bv. op begrotingen van steun vanuit hun blok verzekerd zijn.

Ook de voortdurend gemaakte vergelijking met de traditie van minderheidskabinetten Denemarken mist een belangrijk punt: Deense kabinetten zijn meerderheidskabinetten in vermomming. Vanwege de blokpolitiek worden Deense kabinetten op cruciale thema's gesteund door gedoogpartijen.

Het kabinet Jetten lijkt een voortzetting te worden van kabinetten Rutte. Sinds 2010 hebben onze kabinetten geen meerderheid in de Eerste Kamer. Dat waren de facto minderheidskabinetten. Dit kabinet is dus niet "uitzonderlijk" nos.nl/artikel/2597...
D66, CDA en VVD kiezen voor minderheidskabinet, uitzonderlijk in Nederland
De drie onderhandelende partijen hebben definitief besloten om geen andere partij te benaderen om te regeren. Een minderheidskabinet komt zelden voor.

The EU has repeatedly stated that Mr Maduro lacks legitimacy and has defended a peaceful transition. (1/2)

Trump isn’t predictable or consistent, but this particular action *would* be consistent with the emergence of a G2+1 order where Washington and Beijing, with Moscow as a junior partner, give each other free rein in their purported spheres of influence.
