I’m not sure people outside the Twin Cites realize the prevalence and the fear ICE is causing in Twin Cities. Deploying essentially all of your available resources to terrorize one city at a time, in a very large country with many big cities scattered across a continent, is not a sound strategy for regime consolidation.
I've heard rumors that Philadelphia is next for the ICE invasion after Minneapolis.

1) More than 11% of all ICE agents are in Minneapolis, and they've utterly failed to pacify the city.
2) Philly is 5x the size of Minneapolis.
3) "Minnesota nice" is a thing. We don't have that.

Half the battle with this guy is just reiterating government can and already does good things that are so ubiquitous they’ve become invisible. He’s able to remind you in a way that you understand that good government can exist outside of a 24/7 vengeance operation, and in NYC already does.
