What I’m seeing here is that Epstein is a nexus point for the “intellectual” cabal that shores up the race science justifying our current immigration and anti-DEI policies (Huberman), as well the tone policing moderates (Brooks) that hamstrings oppositions. Oh and their billionaire benefactors.

Sometimes when talking favorite movies and directors I kinda forget about Kurosawa bc in my mind he sits by himself in a category of one... perhaps because Kagemusha was the first grownup film I saw (in the theater, at 11) that I truly loved and understood to be Art
so cool that when Kurosawa made Seven Samurai, he was like, "What if a movie absolutely ripped for three-and-a-half hours straight?"

Between that, work, my health, and the terrors, I'm exhausted.
I promised myself no more trips over 100 miles from home for the year, unless critical for the union.
I broke that promise Saturday.
Worth it.
