I went down a rabbit hole and this opinion is even more dishonest than I thought.
1. 33 percent vacancy rate is false
2. the top four cites re: vacant office space are all tech company towns that have had huge layoffs
3. the vacancy rate in bellevue is comparable to seattle!!!
