Tänk vad debatten om utanförskap och integrationsskuld och "utsatta områden" hade sett annorlunda ut om vi hade en fungerande välfärdsstat, skattesystem och omfördelning. Tänk vad få parallell-samhällen vi hade haft om fattiga kommuner gavs rimliga resurser.
