Is it dumb to think there should be an indie games store that *only* sells games from small studios, and *only* ones it thinks more people should buy/play? Itch *also* has discoverability/curation problems, also a problem of scale/“moderation” (of a kind, clearly)

Honest analysis: as this poorly-applied policy can kill 75% of sales for a game like this, it's indicative of a wider, ongoing crisis for the creative potential of video games. Valve may not intend anti-art sanitizing, but that's the result.

Honestly can't imagine how people can buy this game when this is how the studio treats people. By all signs it's a horrible studio to work for, churning out a next-gen version of something decades old, that will cost like $80+.

Honestly can't imagine how people can buy this game when this is how the studio treats people. By all signs it's a horrible studio to work for, churning out a next-gen version of something decades old, that will cost like $80+.
