Actually starting to feel very allergic to the claim that Epstein's crimes are a function of his class. His money obviously increased the scale of his abuse and granted him additional impunity, but to say that wealth was the genesis of his depravity feels like willful blindness to gender.
I understand the reasons why it’s more jarring and consequential to see it happen among billionaires, but the kind of shrugging disinterest or impishly approving encouragement of sexual abuse among Epstein’s circle is the same dynamic that happens in less powerful milieus.

It is not actually contrary to their purpose; the entire point of being a decentralized network is so there isn't a leadership cadre to be decapitated. If you don't like how they operate cuz they don't want to work with you, make your fucking own, with your own fucking rules and see how it works out
I'm not entirely sure what has led the anonymous admins of these networks to begin treating them as guerrilla cells, but it is contrary to their purpose, contrary to their effective functioning, and ironically gives greater credence to ICE's claims that they are somehow an illicit conspiracy.
