I can't stop thinking about the purported drug smugglers being murdered by the US military. The punishment for drug offenses isn't the death penalty. This is just bloodlust and men in suits playing with lives they don't care about. It's truly grotesque and gravely compromises this country.

Now you can save water and electricity while navel-gazing, and carry one of the world's most powerfully annoying AI chatbots in your pocket.

Ok but I'm serious though. Make that therapy appointment. Talk to someone about those meds. Life doesn't have to be as much of a struggle as it maybe is, if you are not talking to someone and/or taking a med that may help. Getting help doesn't mean you're anything less, it's a tool. Use it.

"Supai, the only village on the [Havasupai reservation], is one of the most remote communities in the 🇺🇸... The mule train, which makes the 16-mile, 6hr loop up + down the canyon 5days/wk, is perhaps the most extreme manifestation of the USPS mandate to 'render postal services to all communities.'"
How the Most Remote Community in America Gets Its Mail
Transporting letters and packages to the village of Supai requires a feat of logistics, horsemanship, and carefully placed hooves.

We all know this is a lie, but can we stop valorizing this shit?

Sleeping this little actually really fucks you up and you make bad decisions. It makes you irritable. It fucks up your memory. It reduces your ability to react calmly and rationally.

It's hard to explain to normies how much effort Trump is putting into anti-trans policies.

This is like the 12th thing just this week. And there were 12 things the week before, and 12 things the week before that. There will be 12 things next week.

This is almost everything the government is doing.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service

A fairytale of a novella.

Extremely lyrical and poetic with beautiful illustrations as sisters who straddle the fairy and human world contend with familial duty, dreams of the future, love, and societal expectations. Featuring betrayal and love beyond the possible.
