IIRC there were rumblings that one reason behind Trump's angling wrt Greenland and bluster toward Canada is that one of the two main Arctic shipping routes, the Northern Sea Route), is entirely within Russian territory giving them de facto control over Arctic waters (Canada controls the other).
If I'm being really really real, now that the US has shown that Europe is on its own, I would be worried af if I were Canada. That is a lot of land and natural resources and not a lot of people. Exactly the sort of situation that attracts imperialist countries looking for a conquest.

It's complete BS to say "AI creates code in seconds." That's just a lie. AI creates a first draft in seconds, and that draft has to be extensively edited before it's even marginally acceptable as production-quality code. It moves the work from authoring to editing.
