#UK #TransRights An FOI has just confirmed what all of us have feared: for the Youth gender services, since July 2024, not a single patient has been referred to commence HRT. And 22 have been moved from youth to adult services , also without treatment. This is scandalous.

Parents who have concerns about trans kids in high schools are grounding their concerns in ignorance and unfounded fears, and we do everyone—including them—a disservice if we validate those concerns. As a party, the Democrats have to do a much better job of *ignoring* bigoted concerns.

I put in a formal complaint about this and they did a classic NHS move: boilerplate reply with a “fact sheet” about what they’re doing
I replied like, “I already know the facts. I’m not requesting info, I’m saying what you’re doing is immoral.” And they ignored it lol

The NHS are forcibly detransitioning trans kids in Brighton and calling it “managed withdrawal.” Their own impact assessment acknowledges trans kids will be at increased risk of harm as a result, don’t want this, and are likely to just use DIY hormones instead

A party that seeks to govern from the left should be free of bigots if it's to actually reverse the social damage Labour are doing. The kinds of people involved in "Your Party" therefore raise some serious red flags.

For the overwhelming majority of people who practice it, sports is not about competition. It's about social belonging. Once you understand that, the reason why transphobes want to ban trans women from it even outside of competition and even in disciplines like darts is pretty obvious.
