college should, in the US, be free. college is not - nor has it ever been, despite the protestations of our trade school colleagues (business, engineering, etc.) and administrators - simply job training.

the US educational system became the light of the world because of its liberal arts foundation

This is Jacob Frey’s MPD.
Disheartening to see federal agents take two neighbors on 29th & Pillsbury. Chemical irritants were used on observers by them.

MPD showed up on scene, created a pathway for these federal agents to kidnap our neighbors, and assisted with controlling the space. Disappointing and heartbreaking.

So much this. There was absolutely zero pushback to the “open borders” narrative. Heck, nowadays, I see that a lot of Democrats have even adopted it. It absolutely sunk him.

At some point Biden dead-enders need to accept we are enduring the consequences of having a president who was literally incapable of consistently communicating with the nation for long periods of time and generally went to bed before the prime time news hour on the West Coast
"we were left an economic mess from the trump administration. employment in decline. factories closing. americans dead. my recovery act brought back the jobs. my inflation bill has factories -- clean factories -- employing millions. detroit is back -- and its green!" - shit biden could have said
I don’t recall hearing Biden or any Democrat with a microphone saying “we are climbing out of the recession and shortages that Trump left us” back in 2021. Their “strategy” was to not talk about Trump at all, insanely letting him push the narrative that his presidency ended in 2019.

This is an unpopular opinion in some quarters, but I believe Hillary Clinton is a stupid, amoral piece of shit. (Nonetheless, I voted for her in 2016, because she's not as big a POS as Trump.)

You know what a party is supposed to do when they're in the opposition? Define the ruling party's agenda so that you can effectively counter it. What do Dems keep doing instead? Saying that we just don't have enough information on Donald Trump's intentions or how bad he really is.
Chuck Schumer won't say if he opposes regime change in Venezuela.

JAKE TAPPER: Do you disagree with President Trump's ultimate goal of regime change in Venezuela?

These freaks are all, Republican and Democrat both, convinced that there's a huge pool of voters out there eager to die in agony in order to fuck over trans people.

That despite very clear evidence this does not actually win elections, every campaign has to chase this bigot block.

I’ll get off this I swear, but another point worth making here is the other failure of Biden not receiving praise libs believe he was due for his minimalist positives is the communication of those positives were consistently hindered by Biden being, you know, nearly incapable of communicating.
Another way to put this might be, Democrats hinder themselves by trying to do things they believe will work instead of just doing the big thing. Even if that fails, it looks a lot better than where they usually land, which is *explaining why* they *couldn't* do something they never tried.

Predictably, the platform can’t actually be accessed from external networks, but the wonky rollout triggered eyerolls across the internet.

Respectfully, Congresswoman, you voted with Republicans to strip due process from immigrants and to praise Trump's ICE. This year.

Now you're upset?

Votes have consequences. Minnesotans deserve better.
ICE agents followed a Burnsville family home from the store, failed to present a warrant and entered their home with guns drawn. They detained 4 legal citizens who presented documentation, leaving a 7 year-old without parents.

A seven-year-old. Let that sink in. Trump’s ICE is out of control.
ICE agents detained four people from a Burnsville home, according to family members, including a 7-year-old's parents and the husband of a pregnant woman.
