seems like a non-insignificant percentage of rage against the machine's fanbase are young republican men driving SUVs bopping their head to anti-oil, pro-immigrant songs thinking the lyrics are about how they wish their suburban parents would get off their back
Tom Morello tweets: "Fascinating that all those “don’t tread on me” posers and their AR-15’s are nowhere to be seen and government tyranny is instead being opposed by a guy in an inflatable frog suit."

Someone named Manny replies: "@grok
why do some people say Tom Morello and band mates are RAGE FOR THE MACHINE and not against ?"

I think the thing that has always bugged me about Tom Emmer is that you can tell he knows he is full of shit.

Dear every MAGA family member I have,

Your hero is an idiot. Quit living your life in fear.

You're giving the Midwest a bad name you freaking cowards.

Also, start living Christ-like, you hypocrites.

Jesus tap dancing Christ! How does anyone with a quarter of a brain cell respect anything in this administration?!

RFK Jr. admitted on Thursday that the studies he’s cited to justify his baseless and dangerous claims about Tylenol use and autism are “not proof.” “This is not dispositive, this is not proof. We are doing the studies to make the proof.”

Do you carry documents that prove your citizenship everywhere you go? Cause I sure the fuck don't, and to do it would need to carry birth certificate, previous marriage certificate, and name change order to prove the man on my ID is the baby girl on my birth certificate.

This is terrifying!

ICE breaks into this woman’s car in the pick-up line at West Loop Elementary school in Chicago and detains her before she can pick her kids up from school. (They were eventually let go after showing their documents)

This is Trump’s America.

One of the most annoying parts about celebrity podcasts is how they talk about how they struggled for 14 months and almost gave up.

14 months?! You poor thing! You only got a job paying scale?! So indigent!

Successful people are literally the worst people to ask on how to be successful

This is really embarrassing. And it shows how isolated they have him. The man holding the most powerful office in the history of the world is outside of reality. If Miller told him China launched a nuke… that’d probably be the end of it.

If anything is scary, it’s that.

As a performing arts minor, this sums up everything I hate about American theater.

TFW you paid $1400 to see Beckett’s most famous work without knowing anything about it
One Star Review of Waiting for Godot on Broadway
I recently attended Waiting for Godot on Broadway and spent over $1,400 for two Row C seats (103 and 104). I'm a longtime admirer of Broadway productions and even hold a season pass for Shea's Performing Arts Theatre, so I came in with genuine enthusiasm and high expectations. Unfortunately, this show was unlike anything ! have ever experienced —and not in a good way.
What I encountered was not the artistry, music, or emotional storytelling I usually associate with Broadway, but instead what felt like an endless cycle of nonsensical conversation between characters who seemed trapped in their own madness. I tried-truly tried-to find meaning, symbolism, or even a thread of emotional resonance. I stayed through the first half hoping the second would offer clarity. But by intermission, it was clear: this was a waste of both time and money.
Keanu Reeves is an actor I respect greatly, but I cannot fathom why he would agree to participate in such a disjointed, inaccessible production. His talent was lost in a performance that defied reason rather than provoked insight.
To anyone considering attending: unless you are drawn to highly abstract, nearly incomprehensible theater, I strongly caution you against this show. For the average, educated, thoughtful theatergoer, it is far more frustrating than fulfilling. In my opinion, this was the single most disappointing Broadway experience I've ever had - an unfortunate waste of money and, more importantly, of time.

It's fascinating and revealing how many centrists think refusing to compromise on human rights to gain the support of bigots represents a "political purity test," yet also think that a bigot saying "I won't join you unless you accommodate my bigotry" does NOT represent a "political purity test."
