I have made my friends watch "Stardust" if that's what you are asking.

At this point, I'd recommend Dynasty 7 or Samurai 4 if you somehow had zero gaming backlog. The later entries went for realism and so the charm is gone, IMO. Alternatively, Orochi 4 is very good but, uhhh... 140+ characters is a LOT to deal with all at once if you've never met any of them before.

I want to love Strikers, I still got credits... but I'm quite bad at it. I want to block rather than evade, and I hate using items. Never played OnePiece, but Gundam is surprisingly fun. I know nothing about that anime series except the bits I've pieced together through story mode. Poor Kamille.

That still counts, we take those. 😄 Definitely one of my favorite Musou games, though I can't imagine grinding through to get every character's keepsake item. Seeing them make new Dynasty and Samurai games with extra realism makes me sad, so apparently I need Hyrule and Fire Emblem for my fix.

Dunno how you feel about Musou gameplay, but Fire Emblem: Three Hopes fixed a lot of my gripes. It's an alternate timeline that still branches into three parts, but it gives much more satisfying resolutions for each of the three heads of houses.
