Can someone help me interpret 1 sentence in my MRI report?

“Mild edema/fluid in the bilateral sacroiliac joints and subchondral sclerosis
bilaterally, right greater than left raises suspicion for sequela of sacroiliitis.”

Does this mean I do have sacroiliitis, or do not?
