yeah let's not underestimate that Will Lewis, as well as having terrible politics, is also just very bad at his job.

And yet, when women who have been running pro-grade logistics for a decade for 4 kids, 3 instruments, one tumbling, 2.5 sports and 3 scouting packs try to return to the workforce and get paid for this experience, they’re told both that they’re over-qualified & would have to start at entry level.
I mostly just stay off Twitter altogether but after double checking that the Walter Hudson post was still up I ran across this and just had to share so the Romancelandians who bought hand warmers could hear about the PROFESSIONAL GRADE LOGISTICS.

What's making me really livid right now is thinking back to the years of commentary lecturing us that the rise of MAGA was rooted in a sense of righteous victimization by overbearing liberal elites, and sneering at those who insisted that it was fundamentally about domination and sadism all along.
They are telling us in unequivocal terms that if you show solidarity with immigrants who are in the literal crosshairs of Trump/MAGA, you're risking a death sentence.

Truth and reconciliation is about perpetrators owning up to and apologizing for their wrongs. I’d happily go the t&r route if they choose that. But I’m not holding my breath. Otherwise, we’re in the realm of purging, prosecuting, aggressively stigmatizing anyone who takes part in this.
We will need a Truth and Reconciliation Commission when these cruel, lawless people are out of office. They must be held accountable in order for our nation to heal.
