When creating PDFs, avoid using "Print to PDF." A screen reader user may still be able to access the text of PDFs created this way, but heading structure, alternative text, and any other tag structure will be lost. Using "Save As" or "Export" can preserve these tags.

To be clear, this is the ball game for Federal Reserve independence. If Trump can decide what constitutes "for cause" basis for firing, then every Fed board member can be fired until he has a Board that is completely acquiescent to his every demand.

Will the Supreme Court go along with Trump’s claim that he can remove Federal Reserve members for cause merely based on an unproven accusation? If they do, then Federal Reserve independence is effectively over, since Trump appointees can always gin up some charge that Trump can then decide is sufficient cover to fire them. The reality, of course, is that in the future Federal Reserve members will be fired not for poor performance, or bad behavior, but for not obeying Trump.
