Fertility issues are the most serious and this affects trans women the most with some trans women like Blair White unable to have children from the treatment. This is why social transitions are preferred and is the most traditional type of transitioning. :)

Don't you hate it when... something smells-tastes like... bad... and you can't figure what? Is it a sinus infection? A cavity?!?! A dead bear stuck between two teeth?! Or just dehydration? Or a rotting potato in the cupboard? Or the lingering odor of that person you walked besides a while?
