when you find an unlocked car running unattended, that's a a car share. you can hop in and take it to your destination and then leave it for the next lucky person to find!
There is something so deeply, deeply Minnesotan about these sorts of posts (which I see every winter). If you're from almost anywhere else and wondering if you're missing something: this person did in fact leave their car running, unlocked, keys in the ignition.

The City of Minneapolis has declared a Snow Emergency starting tonight. No parking allowed on either side of snow emergency streetsbetween 9pm & 8am tomorrow. These streets have red snow emergency route signs & blue street name signs.

this guy caused someone’s death and continues to be a reckless, dangerous driver. is the conservative wing of the DFL just incapable of learning from their awful mistakes? do they have any sympathy for the people they hurt or kill? or is their entire life about wielding and abusing power?
What's very funny is that, since being convicted of a traffic offense that resulted in a crash that killed someone, that Cory guy has had three more speeding convictions and a cellphone conviction!
