The latest investigation into Fed Chair Powell further cements that Pam Bondi lacks the independence and integrity required to lead the Department of Justice. She must resign.

Trump has also revoked TPS status for immigrants from Venezuela, Afghanistan, Haiti, Syria, and others.

That means thousands of immigrants here legally, who cannot return to their home countries due to unsafe conditions there, now have no protection.

Shameful.
The Trump administration is ending temporary protected status for Somali immigrants, White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt confirmed.

Somali immigrants in the U.S. with TPS must leave the country by March 17, she said. nbcnews.to/3LscuRW

The complaint is difficult reading, but if you need a condensed timeline of events in Minneapolis... I think I missed this incident entirely:

HAPPENING NOW: In federal court in MN, DOJ is struggling to articulate why a person following an ICE vehicle — so long as they are obeying traffic laws — can be stopped for "reasonable suspicion" of a crime.

Judge Menendez sharply questioning that contention.
NEW: Top DOJ officials quit after their division refused to probe Minnesota ICE shooting - At least four leaders of the Civil Rights Division resigned because the section's head, Harmeet Dhillon, decided not to investigate shooting of Renee Good.

Trump's thugs are going hog wild and tossing gas around in one of the busiest commercial districts in Minneapolis, just a mile or so from where I live. Complete insanity.

This woman is harder than goddamn steel dealing with these goddamn thugs. I want her to be my neighbor.

(1) Powell is being extremely courageous by bluntly telling US Trump is using DOJ to intimidate him

(2) Shame on Media & Political Elite that have validated & normalized Trump’s repeated use of DOJ against so James, Schiff, Comey, etc

Question I want to ask my university president: Have you asked fellow Jesuit and Catholic university presidents to identify, denounce, and reject prominent Jesuit and Catholic university alumni, trustees, affiliates, etc., who are active participants in carrying out Trump administration policies?

Question I want to ask my university president: Have you started discussions with board members about backing you when you decide to use your position as university president to educate the public on the grave dangers to liberty of the actions of the Trump regime?

Suspect arrested in predawn fire that left parts of Mississippi’s largest synagogue in charred ruins. A fire heavily damaged Jackson’s only synagogue before dawn Saturday—the same house of worship that was firebombed by the KKK in 1967 because the rabbi had been an advocate for civil rights.

New data show housing construction continuing to decline. Oct 2025 data showed the lowest new housing starts figure since the pandemic.

The economic environment—high debt costs + high construction costs, primarily—is making housing more and more difficult to build.

I was just denied access to the ICE processing center at the Whipple Building.

Members of Congress have a legal right and constitutional responsibility to conduct oversight where people are being detained.

The public deserves to know what is taking place in ICE facilities.
JUST NOW: Huge mass of agents in a standoff, weapons drawn as Reps. Ilhan Omar, Angie Craig, and Kelly Morrison attempt to conduct congressional oversight at the Whipple Building, which has been HQ for thousands of ICE agents.

@zeteo.com
Frey: "An individual from a car that was in the middle of a street was detained. ICE left the car in the middle of the street. The car wasn't even in park, so you got it just rolling down the street w/nobody in it. It could've hit anybody, including my own family. This is not about safety"
Rep. Angie Craig: "We were told because this facility is being funding by the 'Big Beautiful Bill,' not the congressional appropriations act, that we would not be allowed to enter the facility. That's complete nonsense ... I informed them they were violating the law. They said they didn't care."
